By using, registering, or creating an account with creditcardGenius.ca, moneyGenius.ca, participating in our GeniusCash rewards program, using our Rate Your Wallet application or any other services (the “Services“) owned wholly or in part by WeyMedia Inc. or its subsidiaries, you (“you”, “your” or the “participant”) are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms“). These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of New Brunswick and the laws of Canada as applicable herein, without regard to any principles of conflicts of law.
If you do not wish to be bound by these Terms, discontinue your use of creditcardGenius.ca, moneyGenius.ca (the “Sites“), the Rate Your Wallet application, your participation in our GeniusCash rewards program and use of any other services provided by WeyMedia Inc. All changes made to these Terms will posted on this page. Please note that it is your responsibility to stay abreast of any changes and updates to these Terms ‒ to this end, we encourage you to check this page for any changes from time to time.
In the event the Company determines, in its sole discretion, that any activity you perform through our Website is suspicious or related to any prohibited activity, the Company may cancel or suspend your Account and/or access to the Websites, block any outstanding Transactions, deny any new Transactions, and/or freeze any funds that may be available to you through our Services. You further acknowledge and understand that the Company also has the right to suspend or terminate your account for any other reason.
Our goal is to be the best money saving and credit card resource available anywhere for our Canadian users. The information provided on our Sites is meant to be a starting point for users to make well-rounded and well-informed decisions. However, despite our best efforts to have the most complete and accurate guide on maximizing your money and optimizing your savings, we make no representations or warranties (express or implied) that our Sites will be error-free or complete or completely accurate or current at all times or at any time. If you have an existing account with creditcardGeiuis.ca, that account will allow you to log in to moneyGenius.ca. Any new account that is created on moneyGenius.ca can be used to log in to creditcardGenius.ca
When you post a comment on one of these Sites and/or in our social media channels, you own any copyright on the text, provided that you are the owner of the material you posted. As well, when you post and submit text via email or social media, you grant to us a perpetual, unlimited and royalty-free license to re-publish in whole or in part that text on these Sites and in print for marketing purposes. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to delete or remove user content from the Sites and to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to all or parts of the Sites, at any time without prior notice or liability.
In using the Sites, including all Services available through it, you agree:

These Sites are targeted to users in Canada. Any disputes between us will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Province of New Brunswick and applicable laws of Canada where applicable herein notwithstanding your residence or physical location. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of New Brunswick to decide and adjudicate any dispute in connection with these Sites, their disclaimers or their Terms.
The products, services, reward programs, applications and information described on these Sites are available only in jurisdictions where they may be legally provided, and therefore may not be available in all regions of Canada or to residents of any other jurisdictions.
These Sites are not for use by persons under the age of 18 or 19 years, depending on the individual’s jurisdiction of residence. Use of these Sites is void where prohibited by law. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to terminate or suspend your use of the Sites, terminate or suspend your account, and refuse any current or future use of the Services if we believe in good faith that you have failed to comply with the Terms.
You hereby acknowledge and agree that additional terms and conditions (such as the GeniusCash terms and conditions found below) will apply to certain uses of these Sites, and where such additional terms and conditions, are found to apply, they shall operate in addition to these Terms.
GeniusCash Rewards Program
The following terms and conditions govern the eligibility for and payment of GeniusCash through your use of and/or participation in a GeniusCash promotion offered through the Sites.
You are deemed to accept these terms and conditions for the GeniusCash rewards program upon your participation in any promotion or other use of the Sites in connection with or relating to GeniusCash from the moment you click to submit an application for any promotion, register or create an account on the Sites, or submit any information on the Sites which may make you eligible to earn GeniusCash. In addition to the foregoing, you are deemed to accept these terms and conditions whether or not you qualify to earn GeniusCash.
GeniusCash payments can only be claimed through an active creditcardGenius or moneyGenius user dashboard and through an active PayPal or Interac e-Transfer account, and are subject to the rules and terms associated with your PayPal or Interac e-Transfer accounting, including PayPal and Interac’s privacy policy.
We distribute earned GeniusCash, payable in Canadian dollars to qualified participants on or around the last day of each month. GeniusCash tickets will expire twenty six (26) weeks after the applicable offer expires; this means the ticket will be closed and not be capable of being collected. You must open any GeniusCash ticket within twelve (12) weeks of your application for any other GeniusCash offer. Qualified participants will be sent an email notification letting them know their GeniusCash is ready to be claimed – your creditcardGenius and/or moneyGenius user dashboard will also be updated accordingly. Neither the Sites nor any third party is responsible for email address inaccuracies provided by the participant or your inability to access your PayPal or Interac e-Transfer account. We reserve the right to cancel any PayPal payments or Interac e-Transfers that are not accepted, collected, or otherwise redeemed within four (4) weeks of the date payment is transferred to your PayPal or Interac e-Transfer account
GeniusCash is paid at the discretion of WeyMedia Inc. In the unlikely event that we need to suspend a GeniusCash payment, we will do so in a fair manner. Any GeniusCash payment suspension is done in respect to the rules as outlined in the general GeniusCash terms and the terms for each individual product.
GeniusCash rights are non-transferable, and there is no other payment alternative. GeniusCash is only available to Canadian residents who have attained the age of majority in their province/territory of residence.
Under no circumstance will WeyMedia Inc. (carrying on business as creditcardGenius.ca and moneyGenius.ca) nor any of its affiliates or their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, service providers, contractors, licensors, licensees, suppliers, or successors be liable for damages of any kind relating to GeniusCash, including your ineligibility to earn or inability to claim GeniusCash. Any interpretations, questions or disputes regarding GeniusCash shall be resolved at our sole discretion and all decisions made by us shall be final.
Use of merchant names and/or logos (including those of any third party beside creditcardGenius.ca, moneyGenius.ca, and WeyMedia Inc.) in connection with GeniusCash is by permission of each respective merchant, and all trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
